WHERE CAN FEMALE EMPOWERMENT BE FOUND?
Event formats for female doctors face a specific set of challenges: Too many condition-specific events, sessions without emotional depth and a lack of inclusive environments for genuine dialogue and collaboration.
These circumstances impede access to career advancement, fair pay and concrete ways to address gender bias more difficult - slowing progress towards true gender equity in healthcare.

Inspired by innovative women's networks around the world, we developed a strategic brand experience* together with Merck - as the centerpiece of a larger network journey. The focus is on sustainable connections and communication across all touchpoints. Building blocks of the concept:

Creating a state-of-the-art network for female doctors
A two-day, inclusive event for women in medicine - with room for real networking, shared learning and mutual inspiration.
The goal: to lay the foundation for a sustainable network of "Gender Equality Champions in Medicine" that not only provides information, but also touches people. This event is part of a larger brand experience that establishes an emotional connection to the participants - and to the brand.

Fondation Botnar UN Habitat - Cairo
HOMEBASE IN THE TRADE FAIR HUSTLE AND BUSTLE
The task: Create a compact, functional co-working stand that would serve as a flexible home base for 50 City Shapers at the five-day World Urban Forum (WUF) organised by UN Habitat.
The challenge: Creating a space that can be reconfigured again and again and that enables creative collaboration in the midst of the trade fair hustle and bustle.
WALL-MOUNTABLE CO-WORKING STAND
Our approach: We developed a versatile co-working stand that served as a creative oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the trade fair. Modular elements and flexible zoning allowed the City Shapers to redesign their working environment on a daily basis - for concentrated work, spontaneous idea sprints or open discussion rounds. The home base thus became a magnet: It offered opportunities for retreat, promoted exchange and inspired new constellations.
