OUR FOUNDING STOR
2018, a weekend in Rome. Espresso, piazza, a decision that 'we'll do something together.' Without a plan, but with a desire for a space full of possibilities.
We told the AI and it told us back.
That's OK.
Sometimes it all starts with lunch.
Or with a lasting encounter.
In 2010, Lale Karahan and Aleska Feit met over a creative chaos and flipcharts. Together, they managed large event productions as creative directors – until 2016, when they each went their own separate way.
But what belongs together finds its way back.
They rented a shared space to see what would happen. And a lot happened.
Two became fifteen. And an idea became Peng Peng! – a team that helps companies rethink how they work, creatively shaping transformation and creating space for real change. Officially, it’s about leadership, strategy, communication and culture. Unofficially? It’s about having lunch together, enjoying collaborating and playfully challenging the status quo.
Today, Peng Peng! is more than just a name - it's a promise. A space where companies that want more than just the obvious can find new possibilities. . And at lunchtime? We still eat together. Because sometimes it all starts with lunch - and sometimes that remains the true purpose.
